This site collects information only when you voluntarily submit it. The only active data-collection feature on this site is the Report a Threat form. Through that form, you may optionally provide:

• A description of the threat or intimidation you experienced
• The location or context in which it occurred
• An approximate date or timeframe
• Names of witnesses or references to evidence
• An email address, only if you choose to provide one for follow-up purposes

No name is required. No account is created. Submissions are anonymous by default.

This site does not use advertising networks, behavioral tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that profile individual visitors.

Information submitted through the Report a Threat form is used solely for the following purpose:

• To allow Thomas Crane to identify patterns of political intimidation directed at Key West residents
• To document those patterns for potential public disclosure if a credible pattern is established

Reports are reviewed by Thomas Crane only. No submission will be attributed to a named individual without that individual's explicit consent.

Submissions are received and reviewed exclusively by Thomas Crane. They are not:

• Sold to any third party
• Shared with any political campaign, committee, or organization
• Published in identifiable form without your consent
• Used for any commercial purpose

If a submission contains information that suggests an imminent threat to public safety, Thomas Crane reserves the right to share that information with appropriate law enforcement authorities.

You are not required to provide your name or contact information at any point. If you leave the email field blank on the Report a Threat form, your submission is fully anonymous. No IP address, device fingerprint, or browser identifier is stored in connection with your submission.

This site uses a minimal cookie consent mechanism to comply with applicable privacy law. A single functional cookie may be set to remember your consent preference. No advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or behavioral profiling cookies are used.

If analytics are enabled on this site in the future, they will be subject to your cookie consent choice and this policy will be updated accordingly.

Threat reports submitted through this site are retained for as long as they are relevant to documenting patterns of political intimidation in connection with the 2026 Key West City Commission election cycle. After that period, submissions will be deleted or permanently anonymized.

If you submitted a report and wish to have it deleted, contact us at the address below and we will remove it promptly.

This site is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, please contact us immediately.

This site may contain links to external websites, social media platforms, video platforms, and public documents. This privacy policy applies only to stopthepython.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party site.

You have the right to:

• Request access to any personal information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of that information
• Withdraw any consent you have given at any time
